Seaside Family Medicine is happy to offer a GLP-1 injection weight loss program. Unlike some programs, our injections are from an FDA designated 503b sterile compounding pharmacy. This means the active ingredient injected is held to the highest safety standards.
Patients must complete a consultation appointment to ensure they are a candidate for the program. Completing an appointment does not guarantee an injection and refund will not be provided for the cost of the consult if you are not deemed a candidate. See below for more info on who qualifies.
Our program requires an initial visit and monthly check ins with the medical provider. Prices starting at $250/month
