Seaside Family Medicine is a family-owned primary care practice located in Summerville, South Carolina. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care that is convenient and accessible. With extended office hours and appointments often available the same day, our goal is to make it easier to get the care you need when you need it.

Our practice includes both adult and pediatric providers, making it easy for the entire family to receive comprehensive care in one location. We offer preventive wellness visits, sick visits, and ongoing management of chronic conditions, allowing you to build a lasting relationship with your healthcare team.

For our pediatric patients, we accept most major insurance plans. We continue to care for our established BlueCross BlueShield patients; however, we are not currently accepting new pediatric patients with BlueCross BlueShield. Competitive self-pay options are also available.

For our adult patients, Seaside Family Medicine offers competitive self-pay rates and Direct Primary Care membership options. We are also expanding our insurance participation and are now in network with Cigna, with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare pending.

Whether you use insurance, choose self-pay, or prefer a membership option, our goal is to make high-quality primary care accessible, convenient, and straightforward.
